These SMS Terms & Conditions describe how St. Paul Nursing Services (“we,” “our,” “us”) communicates with you via text message (SMS) and outline your rights and responsibilities when opting in to receive SMS communications from us.

1. SMS Consent Communication

When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS messages from St. Paul Nursing Services, you agree to receive text messages related to your care, appointments, and other service-related communications.

Required Consent Statement:

The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We strictly protect your SMS details and only use your mobile number for the purposes outlined below.

If you have consented to receive text messages from St. Paul Behavioral, you may receive SMS messages related to:

Note:

These charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan and may vary for domestic vs. international messages.

* By filling out a paper form during your visit
* By checking the SMS consent box during registration or intake

6. Opt-Out Method

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time.

*Reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive.
